Broadcast to a global audience of 35 million, I am very proud to have directed, edited and produced this short video that documents the Baku 2015's Torch as it journeyed across the 60 cities and towns of Azerbaijan. This video welcomed the Torch into the stadium on the Opening Ceremony night.
The brief was clear; to show Azerbaijan in a way simply never seen before.
Whilst Baku is a modern, thriving city, I wanted to capture the intrinsic passions, traditions and warmth of the whole country to an international audience who may be unfamiliar with Azerbaijan.
