This season for Manchester City was one of historic firsts - but for one impassioned City fan, it's far from being his first rodeo.
When Walter went to Maine Road for the first time aged 10, his mother insisted he took his gas mask - it was 1943 and it was during the war. In the 80 years since, Walter would travel up and down the land, up and down the leagues and even further afield in support of his beloved blues.
We loved collaborated with @Manchester City on this feature ahead of their Champions League Final against Inter Milan. Community, fierce individuals and unbridled passion is what we are all about, and getting a small insight into Walter’s jam-packed life was a real honour.
